Fractional Operations Support

Operational support when you need it. No full-time hire required.

Reserve a portion of my time—typically 1–3 days per week—for remote operations support. You direct that time where it matters most: systems, analysis, job costing, process, and data so you can focus on running your business.

I work with small and mid-sized construction companies, real estate operators, and businesses that serve those industries. If you need more operational capacity but don’t want or need a full-time hire, fractional support can fill the gap.

How it works

    We agree on scope and time

    We decide how many days per week (or equivalent hours) you reserve, and what kinds of work are in scope—reporting, job costing, CRM, process, automation, or a mix.

    You direct the work

    You assign tasks and priorities. I work remotely and deliver on the operational work you need: build or refine systems, run analysis, clean data, or improve processes.

    Ongoing support, month to month

    Engagements are month-to-month with clear communication and deliverables. You get consistent operational capacity without the commitment of a full-time employee.

Background

I bring hands-on experience and formal training that fit construction and real estate operations:

  • Construction

    Residential remodeling construction experience, so I understand job flow, trades, and how construction businesses run.

  • Real estate

    Experience managing a multi-unit rental property, including operations, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination.

  • Business and data

    Business Administration – Finance Option coursework completed at CSU San Marcos. Strong Excel and data organization skills, plus the ability to implement simple automation using Excel, Google Sheets, and AI-assisted Python.
